Diving and Snorkeling
Western Australia coast between holds second place in the world for having the highest number of marine species, such as corals, turtles, dolphins, manta rays, humpback whales, and even the biggest fish in the ocean, the famous whaleshark.
With more than 500 fishes species, you can be sure to have your mind blown. Ningaloo Reef is known to be the closest to the land. It means that you can still enjoy swimming in shallow waters and come up face to face with amazing specimens. You can swim pretty much everywhere.
If you are more into deep diving, you will be more likely to face sharks, and find yourself in the World of Nemo. Who would not want that ?

Fishing
With more than 500 tropical fish species that inhabit the 300 kilometre long reef, Ningaloo is a great place to fish!
While it is important to respect sanctuary areas, 66% of Ningaloo Marine Park is available for fishing (multiple use areas). There are major boat launching facilities at Bundegi, Tantabiddi and Coral Bay.
Fishing charters can also allow you to fish further from land.

Boats experiences
Ningaloo Reef is a place where many boat tours take place. You can book a tour to swim with Manta Rays, Whale Sharks, or simply to go diving. You can also go on a boat trip just to enjoy the beautiful water of the reef.
You can book tours online, or directly in Coral Bay and Exmouth.
You can also rent kayaks, and paddle around the reef. There are kayak moorings at Bundegi Beach, Coral Bay, Osprey Bayand Tantabiddi.

Accommodations
There are many possibilities of accommodation in Ningaloo Reef. You can either unpack your tent in Cape Range National Park, sleep under the stars or under a roof, in a campervan. Just be careful of the fee you have to pay if you want to sleep in the National Park. Otherwise, there are plenty of other options just outside and only 20 minutes away from the fun!
